Iâve lived here for about a month and have had a good experience so far. Alexis has been super helpful and welcoming from the start. The community is friendly, and the location is great, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and trax which makes getting around really easy. Move-in was smooth, and pricing was honest and upfront. Parking is a little annoying but not bad.

Only a month in, and I feel very welcomed here. The staff (Alexis and Evan) Are awesome and always there when you need them! I love the balcony view, real lucky on that one. The location, I would say is one of the best in the valley, But thatâs my opinion only. The neighbors have all been very considerate, and for the most part, fairly quiet, believe it or not. Regular maid Service always ensures the place clean and fresh.

Iâve lived here for several years, and I can honestly say itâs a wonderful place to call home. The location is unbeatable â if you have any business with the university, itâs just a quick trax ride and everything you need is close. supermarkets, The SLC City library, Liberty Park, Tracy Aviary, Trolley Square, several hospitals and so much more. The building itself is modern and well-maintained. The gym downstairs is great for staying active, and the common areas like the second floor outside balcony and others, one with a pool table and foosball table. Maintenance is responsive, the appliances are mostly new, and simple conveniences like trash receptacles just down the hall and an elevator make life easy.Overall, this place has everything I look for in a home: great location, wonderful accommodating staff, thoughtful amenities, and a comfortable, welcoming environment.

I was going to give 4 stars, but theft is way down, things are cleaner, unwell/disruptive tenants get a warning and then eviction, and Alexis and David probably deserve a raise for being so reliable!! Management used to SUCK and East 9th was moderately unsafe for a few days. Itâs improved a lot, and Iâm happy to live here.

Itâs been two months since we moved in, and Iâm really glad we chose this apartment! The location is super convenient â around 5-min walk to TRAX and several bus stops. As for the unit, what I love the most is our balcony with amazing sunset views ð«¶ Alexis (the manager) has been amazing from day one â friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. When the elevator went down over the weekend, she immediately posted clear notices explaining the issue and made sure it was fixed by Monday. It is also much brighter now with additional lights - pls keep it clean and I hope a nice scent could do a lil more magic too :) David (the maintenance guy) is also great â quick, reliable, and always pleasant to talk to. Overall, a great place to live with great management!

Overall âââââ â A great value apartment near U of U â 5/5 â Great Location and Helpful Management My wife and I were looking for an apartment around downtown Salt Lake City for four days (August 11â14, 2025) by walking around the area, and we found this one. At first, the rating was around 3.x, but we decided to check it ourselves. We met Alexis from the management team, and she was incredibly kind and helpful in showing us the available units. We ended up taking one right after our visit â and weâve never regretted that decision. ⸻ â 5/5 Location The location is excellent â very close to the University of Utah (just one TRAX station away) and only one stop from grocery stores like Smithâs, Trader Joeâs, Whole Foods, and Sprouts. The TRAX and bus stations are right in front of the building, about 50â100 meters from the entrance, which makes commuting super convenient. ⸻ â 5/5 Management & Maintenance Alexis and David (the maintenance staff) are both amazing. When our elevator broke due to heavy rain on a Friday, they responded immediately. David even came in over the weekend to fix it â showing great dedication and professionalism. Both of them are genuinely friendly, responsive, and responsible â something we truly appreciate. ⸻ â 3/5 Facilities & Environment The parking lot is limited, but thereâs plenty of street parking nearby. Since we donât have a car, this isnât a problem for us. The gym and recreation area are simple but functional â and the best part is that management doesnât charge any extra ârecreationâ or hidden fees like many other downtown apartments. The price fairly matches the facilities, and the community feels quiet and pleasant. Our neighbors are kind, and weâve never had any issues. ⸻ â 3/5 Cleanliness Cleanliness has been improving, but it could still use some attention. I used to live in an apartment in Indonesia that had cleaning three times a day for hallways and public areas â so the difference here is noticeable. Of course, I understand labor costs are much much higher in the U.S., so frequent cleaning like that isnât realistic. Still, I hope residents can be more careful not to spill milk or sweet drinks, as these can stick to the floor until the next cleaning schedule. I once met the cleaning staff; she was polite but worked rather slowly â perhaps the manager could provide supervision or performance checks to maintain higher standards. ⸻ â Suggestions for Improvement For future upgrades, the gym could include more basic upper- and lower-body equipment like a chest press or bench press. The recreation roomâs TV and pool table arenât used much â maybe consider repurposing it into something more practical for residents. ⸻ Overall, weâre really happy living here. If youâre looking for a reasonably priced apartment close to the University of Utah with great staff and a convenient location, this place is a great choice. P.S. To the management â please donât raise the rent too much once you become popular! ð¤£

Iâve been living here for 4 years, and I truly love these apartments. They are beautiful, cozy, and located in a very convenient area. The view from every side is absolutely incredible â it makes this place feel extra special. Our manager, Alexis, is simply the best! Before she came, things were quite unorganized, and I didnât really feel that anyone cared about the residents. But everything changed with her arrival â she always responds quickly, takes care of any issues, and reacts fast to any emergency situation. The only thing Iâd love to see improved is having the elevator cleaned a little more often. Other than that, living here has been such a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Alexis and how well everything is managed now.

I love the location of the apartments in slc- close to hospitals, schools, stores, trax/bus routes and very close to downtown. I like the neighbors, everyone has been respectful and kind in the years I've lived here and I've not had any issues noise. Only thing that stink is the parking but that's an issue everywhere now. Pretty decent place to live ð:)

Just moved in first night was quiet and peaceful. Great people live here, super friendly. Parking is a headache tho. They donât have enough for everyone and you have to park on the street until your name gets called. This community was geared more towards the public transportation people. It would be nice if they had more parking. But so far I love my place. Great view of SLC. Itâs also conveniently located right next tracks and stores for coffee and whatever you might want. So far itâs great. Now at the end of my 12 month lease and I would say that I have enjoyed my time here and I would sign up for a whole 12 more months but Iâm deciding to go to the school so when Iâm done with school, I may come back. Alexis is the manager here and she is awesome and so is the maintenance guy Iâve been here 12 months and I have only seen one car get broken into. A couple of my favorite things about living here is the 7-Eleven right across the street. Itâs so convenient in addition to that. We also have an urgent care Kitty corner and then the trax station is just right there so you never have to pay for parking if youâre gonna go to any of the events downtown. The rent here is pretty reasonably priced, I am renting more of the section 42 units and have been more than satisfied with the value

I've lived here for a little over 5 years and it's nice to finally have a property manager who's actually here every day and is working to make this a better place. Having a nice maintenance guy that isn't having to run around to multiple other properties makes it easier to get work done here.

Thanks again for everything, you guys are regardless trying to get me into a wonderful place. It's close enough to everyone and everything else. Needless to say it is Closer to the hospital and the Tracks Train and also the bus. You can get around town easily. If you are going to school at the University of Utah or Westminster College or have a job in Downtown Salt Lake City or whatever. It's a pinpoint place to stay. Thanks again for a beautiful place.
