Itâs been two months since we moved in, and Iâm really glad we chose this apartment! The location is super convenient â around 5-min walk to TRAX and several bus stops. As for the unit, what I love the most is our balcony with amazing sunset views ð«¶ Alexis (the manager) has been amazing from day one â friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. When the elevator went down over the weekend, she immediately posted clear notices explaining the issue and made sure it was fixed by Monday. It is also much brighter now with additional lights - pls keep it clean and I hope a nice scent could do a lil more magic too :) David (the maintenance guy) is also great â quick, reliable, and always pleasant to talk to. Overall, a great place to live with great management!

9th East Lofts apartment complex is the best place I have ever lived. Alexis the manager is great and the maintenance guy David is reliable.

Wow Alexis has got to be the best manager we have had in quite awhile. She always has time to answer questions and sit and talk a spell. I had several things to be taking care of and she was Johnny on the spot. Wow ð. Always kind to every one. She's a keeper. Thanks for getting us a great person to take care of this property.
