9th East Lofts Ratings and Reviews

I was going to give 4 stars, but theft is way down, things are cleaner, unwell/disruptive tenants get a warning and then eviction, and Alexis and David probably deserve a raise for being so reliable!! Management used to SUCK and East 9th was moderately unsafe for a few days. It’s improved a lot, and I’m happy to live here.

I love my apartment. What a great place to…. 🤪

It’s been two months since we moved in, and I’m really glad we chose this apartment! The location is super convenient — around 5-min walk to TRAX and several bus stops. As for the unit, what I love the most is our balcony with amazing sunset views 🫶 Alexis (the manager) has been amazing from day one — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. When the elevator went down over the weekend, she immediately posted clear notices explaining the issue and made sure it was fixed by Monday. It is also much brighter now with additional lights - pls keep it clean and I hope a nice scent could do a lil more magic too :) David (the maintenance guy) is also great — quick, reliable, and always pleasant to talk to. Overall, a great place to live with great management!

Nice units. Nicely close to things. And management and maintenance that are much more readily available.

9th East Lofts apartment complex is the best place I have ever lived. Alexis the manager is great and the maintenance guy David is reliable.

Wow Alexis has got to be the best manager we have had in quite awhile. She always has time to answer questions and sit and talk a spell. I had several things to be taking care of and she was Johnny on the spot. Wow 👌. Always kind to every one. She's a keeper. Thanks for getting us a great person to take care of this property. New management and especially the Maintenance Man is very fast at repairs and nice to work with.

I think you're a good managers and y'all do a lot and I like the maintenance people here and I like my manager

I've lived here for a little over 5 years and it's nice to finally have a property manager who's actually here every day and is working to make this a better place. Having a nice maintenance guy that isn't having to run around to multiple other properties makes it easier to get work done here.

Thanks again for everything, you guys are regardless trying to get me into a wonderful place. It's close enough to everyone and everything else. Needless to say it is Closer to the hospital and the Tracks Train and also the bus. You can get around town easily. If you are going to school at the University of Utah or Westminster College or have a job in Downtown Salt Lake City or whatever. It's a pinpoint place to stay. Thanks again for a beautiful place.

Close to tracks, close to child's school, like the area, the apartments are very nice, the management here has been great in helping get in here. Especially kay.

New manager Felicity is great. She was able to help me recover a stolen Electric Bike and a box of winter clothes. Great job I now live in a well protected building!!!!

Beautiful three-year-old building nice units. Staff was helpful, application was simple.
