9th East Lofts suit me perfectly. Old reviews that are negative are from past management; NEW management ROCKS! Alexis and Evan are on top of things, and are super responsive when any issue raises its head. As I write this review, I have just made my rent payment for the 6th time, and I feel like I am settling in, feeling more and more "at home" in my space. That feeling has a LOT to do with how hands on management is. The apartment is cozy, and I feel safe for the most part. Views from pretty much every unit are enjoyable, and balconies offer a space to sip coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. I even caught a bit of the recent 24th of July Drone show to the south (see the pic) from my balcony. It's true that there's not a lot of parking, but I came from San Diego where there is NO parking, so I'm very comfortable with the situation, and transportation by way of TRAX couldn't be better! The "walk score" is 100%âthere is nothing that's not nearby! My neighbors are kind and quiet for the most part, and I can't imagine anyone NOT wanting to live here! We're still working a few of the bugs out, but all-in-all, I give 9th East Lofts and management a solid 5 STARS. Thank you A & E!
