In the 6 months that we have waited to hear from this place, we have dealt with 3 different people. 2 out of 3 were actually great and seemed competent at their job but this new one Kay? Ooooommmggg. I specifically asked her "when will this apartment be available? I am currently in a month to month lease and need at least 15 days notice to my landlord before moving." I have a great landlord so the only reason why we were even interested in moving was to save money. We went in 3/3 and 3/15 after Kay called us to do additional paperwork. We asked and told her this information and she says "I'll CALL you and let you know this information." She also gives us these forms to give to our doctor for our service animals and despite me telling her when I see my doc next (4/7 this was during our 3/15 visit), she fails to tell us that there was a deadline for these forms because the apartment that she never told us was available, and the apartment that she never told us was being held for us, was indeed, available and being held for us, even though we asked repeatedly for this information. Felt discriminated against the entire time that we dealt with this woman, an experience NEVER felt with the previous 2 employees who actually did their jobs. Like this lady straight up accused me of stealing her pen, that I was looking at on her desk, because my own pen that I click in my pocket when I'm nervous is the exact same erasable pilot pen that was on her desk. Why would I fill out paperwork in erasable ink? Why would you assume I want your pen? Why, if you knew an apartment was available and being held for us, would you not give us this information that we requested?
