I've lived here for a little over 5 years and it's nice to finally have a property manager who's actually here every day and is working to make this a better place. Having a nice maintenance guy that isn't having to run around to multiple other properties makes it easier to get work done here.

It's close to tracks, and the elemantry school is just right there. The New Management is great, helpful and friendly. My son and I love our apartment.

Thanks again for everything, you guys are regardless trying to get me into a wonderful place. It's close enough to everyone and everything else. Needless to say it is Closer to the hospital and the Tracks Train and also the bus. You can get around town easily. If you are going to school at the University of Utah or Westminster College or have a job in Downtown Salt Lake City or whatever. It's a pinpoint place to stay. Thanks again for a beautiful place.

Close to tracks, close to child's school, like the area, the apartments are very nice, the management here has been great in helping get in here. Especially kay.
