Yeah, the lady was nice enough I guess, but she basically tried to tell me my friend's service dog couldn't come by... That "we're not pet friendly" attitude, she's not a pet. I had to look it up, and I hate having to look stuff up.

I move in this apartment in March. I was think this is the place where I find my home to live with my 3year old baby but so far my experience with this apartment is so bad the two old resident (William &Jamie) in this building they are very discrimination and most important thing the manager (Michael) he is harassing to new resident try to make them vacation also he is a Freud person so me and my other resident write the latter and very one sing that as you can see in this picture

9th East Lofts is the worst apartments I've ever lived in! Do NOT rent here!! Management doesn't do any work at all, and there's currently 4 apartments available. Apartments sit vacant for 6 months to 1 year. They won't do the work to rent the apartments out. No Maintenance. No Manager ever on property. Management also threatens residents with eviction notices often and makes critical mistakes. Contact your local housing authority and complain about 9th East Lofts having 4 or more vacant apartments that the manager won't do the work to rent out. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I have tried to apply for low income housing since 2017 it is now February 2020. I have callk ca called and left messages. I have not recieved a single phone call

I was really excited to get more info on this place for a client of mine. I went in yesterday afternoon and the front desk lady was on her phone the entire time and did not acknowledge my existence for the 15 minutes I stood there waiting. I eventually left, getting zero interaction and zero information, she wouldn't even look at me. Horrible customer service!
