New manager Felicity is great. She was able to help me recover a stolen Electric Bike and a box of winter clothes. Great job I now live in a well protected building!!!!

Beyond awful due to lack of/poor management. Common areas are dirty and not maintained. Unsafe. Frequent break-ins and theft. Rampant drug use. Homeless sleep in the stair wells because there is no security or management presence, despite the clear need for it. Complaints to any temporary management are usually dismissed or not addressed, or occasionally met with discriminatory treatment toward rentors. Would consider legal action against this place but don't have the time or money. Will move when can afford it. Convenient location near trax. Building is relatively new, but unsafe. Very expensive when you consider the cost of replacing stolen items from frequent thefts and the PTSD from living here. Whoever stakes claim of this establishment should be ashamed.

False promises, far-off application result. I applied a 2b2b as soon as possible. The front desk told me that I can get the result within a week so I waited. 2 weeks later I message them and they told me there was still 1 application before me. Now it has taken 3 weeks and there is still no result. I am wondering if it is a trick.

Yeah, the lady was nice enough I guess, but she basically tried to tell me my friend's service dog couldn't come by... That "we're not pet friendly" attitude, she's not a pet. I had to look it up, and I hate having to look stuff up.

I move in this apartment in March. I was think this is the place where I find my home to live with my 3year old baby but so far my experience with this apartment is so bad the two old resident (William &Jamie) in this building they are very discrimination and most important thing the manager (Michael) he is harassing to new resident try to make them vacation also he is a Freud person so me and my other resident write the latter and very one sing that as you can see in this picture

9th East Lofts is the worst apartments I've ever lived in! Do NOT rent here!! Management doesn't do any work at all, and there's currently 4 apartments available. Apartments sit vacant for 6 months to 1 year. They won't do the work to rent the apartments out. No Maintenance. No Manager ever on property. Management also threatens residents with eviction notices often and makes critical mistakes. Contact your local housing authority and complain about 9th East Lofts having 4 or more vacant apartments that the manager won't do the work to rent out. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
