I have tried to apply for low income housing since 2017 it is now February 2020. I have callk ca called and left messages. I have not recieved a single phone call

I was really excited to get more info on this place for a client of mine. I went in yesterday afternoon and the front desk lady was on her phone the entire time and did not acknowledge my existence for the 15 minutes I stood there waiting. I eventually left, getting zero interaction and zero information, she wouldn't even look at me. Horrible customer service!

This place has major problems. Constantly changing and ineffective management, vagrants coming in and out, really dirty elevator, almost no parking. Good luck parking on the street, my car got side swiped the first night. They even kept about half of my security deposit upon move out for storage fees that I was told were free on multiple occasions. Itâs too bad because the units are quite nice with beautiful views, youâll just end up paying for it in more ways than one.

Applied to live here Approximately 6 weeks ago and have not once been contacted by the property manager, despite going into the leasing office repeatedly. Front desk gave us the run around and a lot of false promises. It has been a huge waste of time and very unprofessional on their part.
